Before fixing a residential layout, test the relationship between the access, street design, walking connections and servicing. For an employment proposal, make the operating pattern and vehicle assumptions explicit when agreeing the report scope.
Where mitigation is needed outside the site, identify the land, approval route and delivery trigger. Distinguish infrastructure available at first occupation from works expected in a later phase or provided by another promoter.
